Irena Barton - Emotional Support in Family Crisis

I help serious devoted people like family carers in their challenging situations to overcome the enormous stress of caring and having a career. Difficult relationships, dealing with loss and failure, carer’s stress and burnout, fears and phobias - the carer’s list goes on and if you are an achiever trying to cope with everything alone you’ll end up burnt out. I have been there and I have helped many carers come back to normal life and restore their calm.

Irena Relyovska-Barton is an EFTMR Academy Master trainer and the only Bulgarian with Gary Craig’s academic EFT Certificate.

Founder and Chair of BADEP, a Bulgarian registered not-for-profit professional organization, she introduced international trainers in energy psychology to her home country. With the help from her trainers from the UK she introduced quality EFT and Matrix Reimprinting training to psychologists, medical and homeopathy doctors and other helping professionals. Member of EFTi (previously AAMET International), a UK Registered Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO), and Guild of Energist, a UK Registered not-for-profit professional organization.

She had consulted more than 3500 people in individual and group sessions and trained more than 250 EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioners from the UK, Bulgaria, Germany, Serbia, Italy, Spain, Romania, Macedonia and Turkey. Featured many times alone or with international speakers in the media and on TV in Bulgaria Irena actively promotes energy psychology, organizes EFT and Matrix Reimprinting demonstrations and events, publishes EFT videos through her and BADEP’s YouTube channels. Because of her expert knowledge of terminology in both languages, Irena facilitated the translation and publishing of books on energy psychology in the Bulgarian language.
