Tech Neck’ Massage is a 45-minute treatment concentrating on the upper body, both posterior and anterior, muscles of the upper back, chest, shoulders and of course the neck. I use a variety of techniques from deep tissue massage to stretches, gentle mobilisations and myofascial techniques to help relieve tension and pain and improve mobility. Clients usually point to the posterior of the neck as the main problem. However, anterior muscles shouldn’t be ignored as everything is connected.
