Do you ever feel a bit stuck at home, overwhelmed, or just in need of some time for yourself?

You’re not alone 💛
My weekly Wee Lisa’s Wellness Group is a calm, welcoming space where you can:
✨ Relax and unwind
✨ Ease tension and aches
✨ Learn simple self-care techniques
✨ Meet others and feel part of a supportive group

For many, it’s not just about wellbeing, it’s about getting out, connecting, and not feeling alone.

💛 What to expect over 4 weeks:
🌿 Gentle massage & tension relief - week 1
🌿 Relaxing facials using Tropic skincare - week 2
🌿 Hands & feet focused sessions - week 3
🌿 Make your own natural self-care products - week 4

Each week is different, but all are designed to help you feel better, physically and mentally.

☕ A warm, relaxed environment
Herbal tea is always provided, and everything is gentle, informal, and at your own pace.

💛 Accessible for everyone
This group is pay what you can (suggested £3–£8)
Because I believe wellbeing should be available to everyone, no matter your circumstances.

I’m honestly so touched to receive this Community Service Award 💚
This was a lovely bit of recognition from my Tropic team leader Karen Cummings which makes it even more special being part of such a supportive community.

I feel incredibly honoured and grateful to have been invited by to attend their recent wellness retreat and provide hand massage treatments for such an inspiring group of women.

It was a truly special experience. I had the privilege of carrying out 11 treatments, each one spent with amazing, strong, and uplifting women. I’m so thankful to have played a small part in helping them relax and take a moment for themselves.

A huge thank you to the hosts and organisers who made the entire day so welcoming, supportive, and beautifully put together. Your kindness and care did not go unnoticed.

It was a full and tiring day with back-to-back treatments, but absolutely worth every moment. I left feeling inspired, humbled, and deeply appreciative to have been included.
