2025, insights as a coach, I’m not sure what comes to mind, possibly war, chaos, division and a time of massive projection. World affairs. We experienced the good, bad and ugly in the world, causing heartbreaking distress as we couldn’t believe what was happening in-front of our eyes. Endless media coverage engulfed mindsets as we all lived and projected it in our daily lives - casting us into our shadow selves as the snake skin started shedding (2025 year of the snake). The shedding was about taking back power in whatever shape or form was present in our dharma. It became hard to have honest conversations without being triggered. Friendships were questioned. Aggression heightened. Hate began to take hold. Only we know our projections and why we project them. It’s not been an easy year. Freedoms dissolved. Politically. Conversationally. Having an opinion was muted, as fake news engulfed us. What dilutes hate? LOVE. That beautiful verb that never leaves us, unless we choose to let it leave us. It dissolves egos and breathes life deep into our lungs and heart. It offers hope, joy, a resurgence of faith in the world, towards each other and the future. Love is the greatest power in existence delivering compassion, gratitude and forgiveness. Breathe it in!

I hope we never become numb by world events.

2025 taught us how how easy it is to hate, let 2026 teach us how easy it is to love with compassion and pure grace.

2026 is the year of the fire horse and I’m intuitively feeling will be more sacred and beautiful 🩷

It’s Christmas Eve. My house is decorated as a Winter Wonderland and food prep is done. This year it’s a beautiful celebration because someone SO dear to me and my son, you could say adopted family has stage 4 cancer yet he is still here. We are thrilled to have Christmas together as a chosen family and share special moments. Life is for living and remembering moments. That’s exactly what we are all doing while time is available. Don’t ever pause on what and who you love, embrace it fully. Enjoy, be happy and appreciate those who mean the world to you.

We all have moments to create portals of light, to share a message of love and community, hold space for one another and celebrate each others souls and beautiful essence. Opening portals of light is the biggest gift we can give to each other as a collective - it raises our vibration and instantly attracts positivity which is cosmically contagious. Yet why do many of us forget how incredibly powerful we are, instead settling for fear, discomfort and unhappiness. This is where I give a BIG sigh and wish we would stop settling for mediocre ‘okayness’ and slight moments of happiness, but instead stand in our power and our true authentic essence, yes that incredible soul who’s birthright is happiness, peace and LOVE 🩷

The undiscovered vast universe out there birthed us - the living breathing organisms connected to it all. We are made from the same particles as stars so why be small when we were meant to be sparkling portals of light 💫

It’s cold out and there’s not much day light at the moment but go deep into your heart and shine your essence with the world, because we all need it !!

Think self indulgence, life’s luxuries, gorgeous textures and fabrics, and of course sensuality. These are the lunar vibes we will be experiencing today. Make time to cleanse and honour all aspects of your energy including your home environment - Ta**us always creates their home as an extension of them and it’s decadent !! Eat well. Hydrate. Ooze positivity. Make a wish. Charge up crystals. But be mindful though, Ta**us energy loves to over indulge so watch your spending habits…

Samhain is here - a time to lift the mask and start inner work for powerful emotional decluttering, embracing transformation also known as the phase of the dark feminine ‘she who walks between worlds’

The nights grow longer so we go deeper into ourselves. The energy of Samhain is ideal for reflecting on habits, beliefs, and situations that no longer serve us. It’s the perfect opportunity to let go of old pain, trauma, or behaviour’s to make space for new energy.

This is a sacred time to honour ancestors and those who have come before us, giving life and forming our path. An opening to connect to their wisdom and ask for healing or guidance. A time to remember LOVE.

The veil between worlds is thin and your divine inner goddess emerges, blossoms and starts the shadow work of dissolving ego, attachment, fear.

A time to remember all that has been lost

On World Mental Health Day I’m delighted to share I am now a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Kind words, a smile, hug or ‘how are you?’ can make a big difference to the 1 in 5 people living with a mental health condition in the U.K.

A Mindful exercise to do when you or someone you know is feeing overwhelmed:

5️⃣things you see
4️⃣things you hear
3️⃣things to touch
2️⃣things you smell
1️⃣thing you taste

Keep conversations open and judgement free - don’t give a lecture when someone needs a hug. Have regular walks in nature allowing heaviness to dissolve and lift away. Learn breathing exercises. Be gentle with yourself or others.
