Keep your eyes moist with lubricating drops and a humidifier, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. Additionally, use warm, indirect lighting to reduce eye strain and shield your eyes from wind with glasses, hats, and scarves.

🛑 National Eye Health Week - Get An Eye Test 🛑

It is National Eye Health Week, please remember an eye test is free in Scotland.

Eye tests are usually carried out annually or every 2 years (your optician will be able to advise).

Not only can an eye test pick up the need for glasses or adjustment of prescription but also for a whole lot of other conditions. From high blood pressure, to glaucoma and it can indicate in some cases a tumour on the brain.
