We’re showing our support with a special Wear It Pink Classic Class! 💗

Wear It Pink Day is Breast Cancer Now’s flagship fundraising event — a day to dress in pink and donate to help fund life-saving research and care.

🩷 Our Classic Class is the heart of our practice — a traditional sequence of postures, perfect for all levels, including complete beginners.

This energising session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility, leaving you feeling powerful and uplifted. It’s also known to be particularly rehabilitating for back and knee injuries.

Arm Balances – Sunday, 26 October

Description:
Take your Hot Power Yoga practice to new heights with Dylan Ayaloo’s 2-hour Arm Balances Masterclass—held in the glowing warmth of Yoga’s Got Hot. Dylan brings his 18 years of teaching yoga & training yoga teachers into this one fun and playful class.

This module invites you to build upper-body strength, stability, and confidence in inversions in a playful, simple and aligned way. Bring your wishlist of arm balances that you’d like to explore with Dylan.

Throughout the class, Dylan blends hid empowering flow with technical instruction, leading you through progressive transitions into core-stabilising arm balances. With attentive hands-on adjustments and cues focused on alignment and safety, this session supports both newer to more regular practitioners in stepping into their power, unlocking new potential in balance and strength.
