I had the privilege of providing BLS & Safe Use of a Defibrillator Training to Civil Service and MOD Personnel .

Teaching Basic Life Support (BLS) to military personnel is an essential component of their training, equipping them with the skills needed to respond effectively in emergencies. BLS focuses on the immediate care provided to an individual who is experiencing a life-threatening condition, such as cardiac arrest or respiratory failure.
