We are Edinburgh - Portobello - based and provide Pilates with Joseph Equipment ( Reformer, Tower / Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector), Mat Pilates classes form basic to advanced levels. Whether your goals are to strengthen your core, whole body, lose weight, change your body shape, improve your body awareness and strength, recover from injury, keep healthy , Pre or Post pregnancy, cope with life’s stressors or just generally feel more energised and alive, the Classical Pilates Method will work with YOU along the way. or Semi-Private Pilates sessions (Duet)? As part of a package, we offer you an Introductory Session with Sabrina, who will work with you to assess your priorities and create your specific, individualised Pilates exercise programme. Regular monitoring and evaluation of your progress will also be included in your pack of sessions, which will help to keep sessions enjoyable, fun and motivating. We also deliver Group Conquer Gravity Classes. I originally designed Conquer Gravity to encourage more men to give the Pilates method a go!

It’s the safest system of training their strength and conditioning without high impact, improving body awareness and building the powerhouse using their own body weight!

The classes run every Monday at 7:45pm – 8:45pm at the Baptist Church Hall, Portobello High Street.

Advanced four-week block booking is essential to ensure sustainability and results.

You can join at at any point within a block if there are spaces.

Classes have a maximum of 12 participants due to the level of guidance and coaching required.

Are you looking for postnatal Pilates to fix postural issues and pain?

This 4-week course is designed for beginners and those new to Pilates or those looking to restart Pilates after a long absence. We will cover the basic principles of Pilates and help you develop an understanding of the method. These sessions are designed for 3 people maximum, and it will involve working on the Pilates apparatus: a combination of Towers, Mat, Magic Circle, Pre-Pilates and Standing exercises from the classical Pilates syllabus.

We are Edinburgh based and provide Pilates with Joseph Equipment, Fitness Pilates classes form beginner to advanced levels. Whether your goals are to lose weight, change your body shape, improve your strength, recover from injury, keep healthy pre or post pregnancy, cope with life’s stressors or just generally feel more energised and alive, physical health will work with YOU along the way. Interested in Personal Training? Pilates? As part of a package, we offer you a free initial consultation with Sabrina, who will work with you to assess your priorities and create your specific, individualised exercise programme. Regular monitoring and evaluation of your progress will also be included in your pack of sessions, which will help to keep sessions enjoyable, fun and motivating. We also deliver Group Fitness Classes.
