✨ Yang + Yin for renewal ✨
After the festive season, the body often craves movement and the nervous system craves rest.

This Yang + Yin yoga workshop is designed to help you:

🌿 stimulate and energise the physical body
🌿 release stagnation through twists and gentle stretches
🌿 soften, relax, and renew through deeper Yin poses
🌿 reset the nervous system with breath and essential oils

We’ll begin with yang-style movement to wake the body and support detoxification, then gradually slow down settling into nourishing Yin to restore balance and clarity for the year ahead.

I’ll also weave in essential oils to support energy, grounding, and deep relaxation.
