Roll the shoulders.

We’re often taught to live from the neck up thinking, pushing, doing.

Reiki invites us back into awareness.
Awareness of sensation.
Awareness of breath.
Awareness of the subtle signals the body is always sending.

Energy awareness isn’t about seeing or feeling anything “special”.
It’s about listening.
Noticing when you feel depleted.
Noticing when something feels nourishing.
Noticing when your system needs rest, support, or grounding.

Reiki gently reminds us that we don’t need to force healing
we create space for it instead.

This kind of awareness changes how we move through life with more softness, clarity, and trust in ourselves.

Giving ↔ receiving
Connection ↔ solitude

Yoga teaches us to feel these shifts in the body, the breath, the nervous system and to respond with awareness rather than force.

Balance is a living practice.
One we return to again and again.

If you’re feeling called to deepen your connection with energy, intuition, and self-healing, this day is for you.

Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to the Reiki system, a gentle yet powerful practice that supports balance, relaxation, and wellbeing.

This training is perfect if you’re new to Reiki or wishing to reconnect with a more mindful, embodied way of caring for yourself and others.

During the day we will explore:
🌿 the foundations of Reiki
🌿 self-healing practices
🌿 hands-on Reiki techniques
🌿 energy awareness and intuition
🌿 space for reflection, practice, and integration

Real talk 🤍

Stress and burnout are real.
And they’re not a personal failure.

We’re living in a world that rarely switches off...
Phones, iPads, laptops, constant notifications, endless scrolling.
No wonder our nervous systems feel tired.

Sometimes what we truly need is simple:
🌿 rest without guilt
🌿 time in nature
🌿 putting the phone down
🌿 real conversations, face to face
🌿 laughter, eye contact, being with people

Texts and emojis have their place, but they don’t replace human connection.
We’re wired for community, for shared presence, for being seen and heard.

It’s okay to slow down.
It’s okay to take a break.
It’s okay to choose rest.

People are kind.
People are good.
And we all deserve moments to just be.

As we step into this new year, I want to pause and say thank you.

Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for your breath, for your practice, and for this beautiful community we share.
May 2026 be a year of:
🌿 steady breath
🌿 gentle strength
🌿 moments of stillness
🌿 and kindness towards yourself

You don’t need to rush or reinvent yourself overnight.
Let this year unfold slowly, intentionally, and in alignment with what truly nourishes you.
I’m so grateful to walk this path with you.

How Yoga Has Helped Me?

Yoga hasn’t been about perfect poses or flexibility for me.
It’s been about showing up, again and again, and letting the practice meet me where I am.

Yoga has:
• helped me regain fitness and strength after injury, rebuilding trust in my body
• supported me through menopause, easing symptoms and offering steadiness when things felt unfamiliar
• helped me stay focused, build stamina, and keep going on and off the mat.

Some days the practice is strong and energising.
Other days it’s slow, gentle, and deeply supportive.
Both matter.

Yoga has taught me to listen, to adapt, and to care for myself with more compassion and that’s something I carry into everyday life.

If you’re on your own journey with yoga, know this:
You don’t need to change yourself to practise yoga.
Yoga meets you exactly as you are.
