Sutta School of Thai Massage offering short and intensive studies in the healing art of Thai Bodywork.
The Asana Insight Yoga Academy offers workshops in Yoga practice for practitioners of all levels. Advanced Yoga Teacher Training short courses and workshops as well as a 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Training courses.
Clara has completed intensive trainings in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga with Therapeutical Approaches. Her initial 200hr training is in Hatha Yoga while her advanced 300hr is in Restorative Yoga. She has also trained in Function Movement, Animal Flow and NKT NeuroKinetic Therapy and is a Thai Massage therapeutical practioner and Practioner Trainer with a successful practice in Edinburgh.
