40kg double!

Colin with a 40kg double on the deadlift 💪. We work a lot on Colin’s strength and stability to help with his gait and balance as this helps prevent as many falls!

Loves a pull up!

Here is Steven preforming a set of 10 pull ups! He also likes to remind everyone that he basically does it all with one arm! đź’Ş

It’s also his playlist that’s on…honest 👀

Need to make the sled heavier?? Just add the PT on!!

Rebecca came to the gym to focus on getting fitter and losing some weight and has been working with Olivia for a couple of months. It quickly become apparent that she is very strong so they have been using that to help her reach her goals. Here she is pulling 280kg!

Becca also really benefits from being able to control the environment in the gym as the noise and bright lights in commercial gyms was overwhelming but here she is able to set things up to make her feel comfortable to get the most out of her sessions.

David has been working with Lorna, who has MS, for a while now focussing on strength, balance and coordination. Lorna has made so much improvement that she was able to deadlift 35kg! Not only that she is now able to walk with one crutch and has started frame running! 👏🏻

Maintaining the boss’ upper body strength is key to her maintaining her independence.

The first video is Mairi pressing 25kg for one in 2020 and the second she is pressing 25kg for three in 2025 đź’Ş.

Welcome Mollie….

We at DR inclusive are delighted to add Mollie to the team. Mollie is a personal trainer and yoga instructor where she completed her studies in Bali and India!

“I’m so happy to be a part of DR Inclusive Fitness because I really believe in what the team stands for — making movement more accessible. Movement has always been my happy place, and I’m so grateful that I get to help others experience that same joy through movement, as everyone deserves to feel the benefits of being active.

During my gap year, I worked in an additional needs primary school and loved supporting children with a range of impairments. It showed me how powerful inclusive environments can be and how much joy and confidence movement can bring. Being part of DR Inclusive Fitness means I get to help create those same opportunities — in a place where everyone feels supported, valued, and able to discover what their body can do”
