Moon Circle is page promoting monthly active meditation around time of the New Moon. The Moon Circle gatherings are based on the practices of :
Acceptance of the diversities of our experiences,
Mindfulness and self compassion,
Holding mindful space for each other,
Allowing authentic expression without intervention : NOT GIVING GIVING ADVICES
During gently facilitated 3,5 hours gatherings w
e dive in to the space of mindful & compassionate self exploration. We use gentle movement and practice of stillness meditation to deepen self compassion and gain/practice tools for mindful inner work.
* Every month we work with different them. Every second month circle is open to man and woman. What we do in other words:
Releasing blockages around expressing self with sound & movement. Unwinding body, mind and spirit. This is space to Deeply Rest within the circle of kind fellow people. Facilitated by a trained psychologist and mindfulness teacher (in training) Karolina Kass.
