It’s been quiet on my end for the last couple of weeks, but sometimes you just have to put your head down and get the heavy lifting done. 🏗️

Building Adams Clinical from the ground up means wearing every hat, and right now, the focus is entirely on the foundation. Behind the scenes, the momentum hasn't stopped:

✅ Submitted our Techscaler application
✅ Applied for the Converge Challenge
✅ Initiated the legal transition into a Community Interest Company (CIC) to protect our social mission forever.

MindBridge is officially at TRL 4. We have the architecture, we have the verified demand from psychology graduates, and we know exactly how to clear NHS waitlists with radically affordable CBT. 🧠

Next up: securing the runway to build the MVP. We’re exploring non-dilutive funding routes and seeking the right partners to bring this to life.

Building a HealthTech startup solo is a steep climb, but looking at the current mental health waitlists reminds me exactly why it matters.

Big news this weekend! 🚀 The MindBridge App is officially under construction.

When I started Adams Clinical, the goal wasn't just to build an app—it was to tackle two massive problems in the UK at the exact same time:

1️⃣ People are waiting months (sometimes years) on NHS waitlists for mental health support.
2️⃣ Brilliant psychology graduates are struggling to secure the clinical hours they desperately need to advance their careers.

MindBridge brings them together. We are building a platform that provides immediate, affordable therapy to those who need it, while giving psychology graduates a supervised, paid environment to earn their essential clinical hours.

After a busy weekend of technical interviews, the first lines of code are officially being written! 💻✨

Big things are happening at Adams Clinical! 🚀

We are incredibly proud to announce that we have officially won the OEN Microfinance competition and secured the backing of two powerhouse institutions: The Open University in Scotland and Converge Challenge.

Out of hundreds of applications, our mission to democratize mental healthcare was selected for this award. Having this level of institutional and financial support is a massive game-changer for us. It validates our clinical oversight model and provides the fuel we need to make high-quality CBT accessible and affordable for everyone in the UK, regardless of income.
