Today is World Diabetes Day, a global reminder of the importance of eye health for those living with diabetes. Regular eye examinations are essential because diabetes can affect the small blood vessels at the back of the eye, sometimes without any noticeable symptoms in the early stages.

Our clinical team is trained to detect diabetic eye changes as early as possible and we have vast experience in doing so. Using advanced imaging technology, we can monitor the health of your eyes and work closely with your medical team to help protect your sight.

Thinking of completing your Halloween look with spooky costume contacts? Stop right there! 🛑

In the UK, all contact lenses, including "zero-power" fashion lenses, are medical devices and should only be supplied by a registered optician. Buying them from unregulated sources is incredibly risky.

The Danger? Poorly fitting, non-sterile lenses can cause:

•Painful eye infections
•Corneal abrasions (scratches on the eye)
•Ulcers
•Potentially permanent sight loss
