I recently started watching The Orville because everyone was watching Stranger Things.

And don't anyone say a f*cking word about it or I will block you 🤣

I will watch it at some point!

Anywhoozle, I got to the episode where Kelly gets to meet her younger self and it got me thinking.

What would I say to my 7 year younger self if I had the chance?

F**k the timeline first and foremost 🤣

These are IG friendly versions of what I'd say and most of what I'd want to say is not for your eyes 👀

But hopefully some of this wisdom helps you think about a few things in your life.

Comment or DM 'BERSERKER' and and I'll build a whole program for you and coach you through it for 8 weeks!

RIR = Reps in Reserve or how many reps you have left in the tank when you stop.

So 2 RIR means you stop when you feel like you have 2 hard reps left before your muscles tell you to get f****d.

But really you want to be aiming as close to failure on each set if you can.

So if you do stop short you’ll still have gotten some good reps in.

I can get this done in around 60 mins if I keep your rest times to around 2-3 mins.

You can also super set these exercises together in the order shown if your gym allows it and save a little extra time 👌

None of them have had an easy journey but everyone has got back up more times than they've been knocked down.

Always keeping the mentality: Something Over Nothing.

So even in their hardest weeks they all made sure to do the most they were capable of.

Progress in order of appearance:

⚔️ Wendy - dropped 30kg in 9 month

⚔️ Erica - dropped 7kg in 3 months

⚔️ Bridget - dropped 12kg in 6 months

⚔️ Hannah - dropped 14kg in 9 months

⚔️ Tina - dropped 25kg in 9 months

⚔️ Daisy - dropped 10kg in 4 months

⚔️ Gracie - dropped 5kg in 2 months

The journey is not over for some of them and we'll be opening the doors to more new warriors very soon.

I was like you. I struggled with a negative mind set and full of self-doubt, not believing I could achieve what I wanted to. I believed that I wasn’t meant to be one of the happy guys that smashed every challenge they faced. I struggled to find the motivation to change, constantly stuck in the endless cycle of wanting to be better and improve myself but never actually doing it. Seems familiar, right? Well I’m here to tell you that the cycle can be broken.

To be a Viking now means to live by your values, to conquer your challenges and obviously to have an awesome beard! I’m here to help push you to build a physique you are proud of. I’m here to help you build your motivation and develop a strong, determined mind set. I’m here to help you become the Viking you want to be!
