I graduated with a Level 8 Diploma in Clinical Reflexology, (Merit), from The Complimentary Therapy School (Endorsed by Edinburgh Napier University).

As a registered clinical reflexologist, I work to the codes of ethics as laid down by the Association of Reflexologists and the Complimentary Therapists Association.

Whilst I practice clinical reflexology, my approach to the healing of the body is holistic and I may discuss other life-style changes that support the needs of individual clients.

Clinical reflexology is an ancient form of healing where pressure point therapy is practiced on the feet and hands.

The feet and hands mirror the body and that by applying pressure directly only the corresponding reflex point, the body can be encouraged and enabled to heal and rebalance.

You can have reflexology treatment purely for relaxation or attend more regular appointments to support ongoing good health and well-being.
