As Christmas Day approaches, it can be a difficult, emotional and lonely time for some. I would like to send my best wishes and thoughts to my clients, friends and family. I am now on annual leave until 6th January and until then Poppie is looking after my therapy chair. I

Autumn has certainly arrived. I love seeing all the different colours this season brings 🍁🍂🥮
When I was younger, I use to dread the dark nights and mornings but now I have learnt to embrace the different seasons we have and enjoy the changes. This is what can happen in therapy, let’s work together and make changes in your life 💕

As a therapist it is really important to practice what we say to our clients about self care 💕This is exactly what I have done with lots of walks, days out, lovely food, lovely people and lots of self care💕
