I am fortunate to offer clients the comfort of the shared therapeutic space at Edwinstowe House, with free on-site parking, which is a part of Fusion Counselling & Psychotherapy, Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.

I also offer online and telephone sessions for clients who prefer this, or who are located away from the main office. I am happy to adapt and adjust to suit the needs that best support you on your journey to better health.

I am a warm, empathic, respectful and considerate therapist, who holds a passionate view on providing a professional service, which satisfies your unique needs. I practice from a relational, humanistic and integrative lens, valuing our time together and honouring your investment to your wellbeing. Therapy is your space to feel safe, supported and to bring whatever issues you would like, to be worked through at a pace that is right for you. I believe you deserve the therapeutic time with me to feel valued, fully heard and supported. BSc (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, from The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute- First Class with Honours.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Diploma- Distinction

Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Completed over 350 hours of counselling work.

2 years' experience as a counsellor with Nottinghamshire Mind.

2 years' experience at SHEUK.

Full Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, previously Criminal Records Bureau).

Fully clinically supervised.

Engaged in continuing professional development.
