Changes in life are inevitable. Some are consciously made and others are out of our control. Sometimes these changes can be so hard to process and still move forward.

As many of you know these last 4 years have been full of changes for us. Losing Criss in March 2022 was a devastating change in our lives both privately in our home lives and also in our professional lives here in the practice. We had choices to make, do we stop and close our doors or do we see what the future was like for Edwinstowe Chiropractic and continue to serve our guests and community. You all know which we chose. However this meant even more change. Changes to our team, changes with how we worked. This was scary and hard. We had to create a new future for Edwinstowe Chiropractic but also stay true to the values and legacy that Criss and us held so dear.

We worked hard to find our new dynamic. Although sometimes difficult, along the way were some amazing moments and changes. People we met, team members that became family, Lewis graduating as a spinologist, new dreams starting to be put to paper. Reminding us that you can find the good in some of the hardest changes. We are so grateful for the support you all gave us through all the ups and downs.

One of the hardest changes has been embracing the fact that one day we would change our name. Edwinstowe chiropractic is so much a part of our identity. It's where we started. It was Heidi and Criss' business. Letting it go always felt like a bit of a gut punch. So over the last couple of years we slowly trickled Edwinstowe Spinal Health into little aspects of the business. Changing the name on paperwork and business cards, and a few other things. This helped us slowly get behind this change.

We have now decided its time for another bit of our business getting the name change. Our page. To some this may seem small and easy but again it has been hard to get to this point. Although we would love to coincide this with changing our building signs, these were hand painted and financially we are not able to do these just yet. Hopefully soon.

So over the next day or two you will see this page change it's name to Edwinstowe Spinal Health. We are still the same crazy bunch. Edwinstowe Chiropractic will always be part of who we are. It's in our Nervous System 😏😉

Please help us in wishing our amazing Emma a very Happy Birthday!! 🎊🎉✨️🎈🎁🎂 We are spending the day today playing crazy golf and eating Thai food with family. What could be better. We'll try and make sure she doesn't get an injury but as you know with Emma, we can't make any promises. 😂😂
