Aurora Sports Massage Sports massage therapy I have worked in the sport and leisure industry for over 20 years, as a sports coach, fitness instructor and personal trainer.

I am a qualified level 5 sports massage therapist and completed my Sports Science degree at St Mary’s University in 2003, returning in 2020 to complete ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage & level 4 certificate in sports massage. Understanding the needs of individuals is of paramount importance. My treatments are tailored to the individual, so whether you are looking to reduce muscle tension, aid recovery from an injury, increase your flexibility or simply reduce stress and relax, I will ensure the sessions meet your needs. I am also member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I am currently available at the following locations:

We are BACK with an exciting (and free!) collaborative workshop at the Dojo on Thorpe Green on 1st October.

The Community Alliance Runnymede and Thames Side (CARATS), in conjunction with The Dojo Thorpe Green, join forces to empower and guide the community providing taster sessions in how to reclaim their health and explore traditional and natural modalities.

Come along to meet our local, qualified and experienced practitioners for some activities, information, informal chats and demonstrations on how to keep well this winter!
