Our telephones are now back operating as normal. There was an issue with Open reach replacing a telegraph pole on the main street which caused 4 properties to be affected. We apologise for the inconvenience caused

Over the past 10 weeks, Haven PCN has been running a winter ARI Hub at Mansion House Surgery, funded through additional national NHS winter funding. This allowed us to provide over 1,000 extra same-day face to face appointments for respiratory illnesses.

Some patients from Distington and Westcroft were asked to travel to Whitehaven. We appreciate this wasn’t always convenient, but centralising respiratory patients helps reduce the spread of infection within surgeries, protects vulnerable patients and allows us to optimise the funding available.

This has been a real team effort, reception staff carefully directing patients, clinicians covering alongside their usual roles, admin teams coordinating appointments, and Mansion House providing space in a busy surgery.

Telephone Update..
Our provider has informed us there is an issue with our broadband connection and they are working on this. We have managed to direct one line to a mobile handset so you will be able to ring but with there only being 1 line / 1 handset you may experience delays.

We are still experiencing telephone issues. The provider is still working on fixing this. You can submit an econsult through our website to access our services or call in to the practice in person. We are sorry for this inconvenience. We hope to be fully operational as soon as possible
