Energy healing and crystals were instrumental over the last two years while undergoing IVF. Reiki has helped me to maintain a positive and calm mindset while supporting me both emotionally and mentally through the entire process.

I started ivf with little chance of it succeeding and I am now 20 weeks pregnant . I put this down to the power of reiki and crystals and the change in mindset and emotional stability it can produce!

I cannot believe I am posting this currently 17 weeks pregnant!!!

Never give up on the Impossible people and always believe that your dreams can come true!

Spirituality and healing work taught me this above all else.

The result ??? My dreams are actually transpiring .

I am now more whole and complete than I have ever been . I can honestly say for the first time , that I truly live in the present and I am grateful for the smallest things in life .

I am more ready than ever now to open the doors to Kirsti’s Crystal Cove to all of those who are looking for change in their lives too.

Full disclosure:

After coming off furlough and having to go back into work full time , I have struggled with juggling the spiritual me and the corporate me .

I became lost , hiding from my healing gift , my spirituality and the one true thing that lights me up! Being a helper 😞

After much self reflection and soul searching , I am very much back in business . I am feeling strong of spirit and will never again be moved away from my soul mission and calling . I step fully up and in to who I came here to be .

I have opened up my reiki business again to offer a few free healing sessions to the ladies , who like me , are struggling with their fertility and undergoing ivf .

I hope to be opening the business back up fully in January to offer in person sessions with me in my revamped healing sanctuary .

There will be some amazing deals on offer when this happens ❤️ I am very much looking forward to working with many of you beautiful souls and helping you with the healing you need to propel you forward into being the kick ass humans you came here to be !

What an absolute pleasure it was to do distance Reiki for the beautiful soul yesterday.

Again this proves that with energy healing , distance is of no consequence.

In my distance healing, I connect to a persons energetic field using their full name and a picture in which I can see their eyes clearly.

I then begin the healing .

I travel through the seven energy centres of the body looking for blockages and administrating universal life force healing to the relevant chakras .

As I move through these centres , I receive information intuitively regarding a persons well being . I am given information around blockages , issues that are affecting them emotionally physically and mentally and how to clear them .

I then send a detailed report of my findings to my clients with advice on how to continue their healing practices at home to feel more balanced and aligned.

Reiki healing reduces stress , anxiety, and it is helpful in alleviating physical pain.

Our seven main chakras are responsible for making us feel well, whole and balanced . If one is off centre it can affect others , and before we know it we can be feeling lost , depressed, anxious or end up with physical ailments.

It is imperative to keep all seven of these open and spinning so that we can stay centred .
