Last week I had the pleasure of training in Natural Lift Facial Massage, what a wonderful experience to learn and receive. It’s combining Japanese, Ayurvedic and acupressure techniques and all done with a beautiful aromatherapy facial massage blend.

Good morning, what a wonderful wedding we attended yesterday, my feet are still dancing and my heart 💓 radiating with the joy of being at the wedding. Delighted to see my husband Derek do a wonderful service as celebrant.

So in an update to yesterday’s guess what’s in my toastie?

Some nearly got it.. but the tasty toastie had..

- a wee banana ( emphasis on the wee lol)
- a sprinkle of mature cheddar
- a scraping of mustard.

Today’s Sunday breakfast toastie was ( especially after the wedding) was hard boiled egg, spicy hummus and a sprinkle of mature cheddar. Again , a joy to eat. Now I am all energised for the day! What’s in your Sunday brunch today? ❤️
