On 1st February, Derek and I became grandparents for the very first time… and my heart is full 💜

Pure joy. Pure love.

It also made me realise that for 20 years I’ve quietly been a “granny” to so many little ones already — supporting mums from conception, bump to baby and beyond through reflexology, foot whispering, Reiki and pregnancy massage.

Watching those babies grow into beautiful souls (and soles 🦶) is the greatest gift.

Now it’s my turn to cuddle my own grandbaby… and it makes me smile every single day ✨

1st February will always hold a special place in my heart… 💜

That’s the day Derek and I became grandparents for the very first time.
Pure joy. Pure love. A whole new chapter.

Holding our little grandbaby made me smile in a way I can’t even put into words… and it also made me realise something beautiful.

In many ways, I feel like I’ve already been a “granny” for years.

For nearly 20 years now, I’ve had the honour of supporting so many women and families on their journey from conception… to bump… to baby… and beyond.

I’ve helped mums-to-be relax, supported those struggling to conceive, eased aches during pregnancy, and cared for them post-partum too.

And one of the greatest gifts of my work?
Seeing those babies come back to visit… then watching them grow into the most beautiful little souls (and soles 🦶💜).

Now, becoming a granny myself feels like life has come full circle.

My heart is very full… and it truly makes me smile.
