Look what’s happening at EYC
We have updated our timetable, with lots of new classes to fulfill your yogic needs.
Gentle glasses, beginners classes , all level classes, pregnancy Yoga & birth education, freestyle , high noon & early morning !

Upside Down: Headstands, arm

Saturday 11th April 10am-1pm
Join me for a workshop dedicated to falling in love with inversions. Not only can we find ways to
explore how we use our bodies in new and challenging ways, but we can get a fresh perspective
on how we navigate our bodies and the world.
This workshop is designed for people with an established yoga practice who wish to explore
inversions - whether for the first time or as a frequent flyer. You will be given bespoke support and
feedback on how to embrace your inversions to go head over heels… or rather… heels over head
for inversions.

Refreshments provided
Wear comfortable clothes to move around in. You can bring your own mat and blocks if
you wish, but we have all the kit here you will need.
Located at 17 Batchen Street, Elgin. 5 mins from bus station, 10 mins from train station.
