Hi, I’m Chloe 👋🏼 I'm a complementary therapist based in Elgin, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

🌿 What I do:
I help people feel more balanced in their physical and mental health, ease aches and pains, and manage stress through deeply relaxing treatments such as aromatherapy, massage therapy, and reflexology 👣

💛 Why I do it:
I became a complementary therapist because I’ve always wanted to help people. Through my own health challenges, I discovered natural ways to complement conventional healthcare, helping me feel empowered, grounded, and more connected to nature and spirituality 💫

🧘 My approach:
My sessions are calm, nurturing, client-focused, and evidence-based. I use a holistic approach, creating individualised treatments tailored to each person and their unique needs 🤍

✨ What clients usually come to me for:

• Feeling run down, unbalanced, or frequently unwell - with goals of feeling more in control of their health, strengthening their immune system, and reducing ongoing symptoms
• Chronic pain, aches, and tension - aiming for relief, improved mobility, and a return to activities once limited by discomfort
• Low mood - seeking empowerment and the confidence to feel good within themselves
