We had our first biomechanics workshop on Saturday!! 🎉What a joy it was to give a bit more insight to this amazing bunch how to use their bones correctly for function, pain reduction & emotional stability.

With some complete newbies in the room, others who have completed their level 1 Get Into Your Body program & others somewhere along their journey🌟. It was a great mix and a lovely group for our first workshop, more to follow in the new year with Victoria Jahkeline Salomon
