At 3pm on the 23rd April, the UK Emergency Alert Service test will take place.

Some interesting questions have been raised in relation to the service. One consideration is victims of domestic violence, who may have a secret phone which they do not want to be activated.

We've been considering the alerts in Crowded Spaces. Currently there is no guidance for alert of risk to life in a crowded space. We encourage all our members and colleagues to consider the impact these alerts could have during event.
We'll continue to discuss this with members and beyond as we roll out.

Thanks to the team for all your hard work yesterday looking after 250/300 rugby players we were certainly kept busy Scottish Rugby it was great to see so many young players getting involved in the game, our new member of the team Lorna Medcalf done a fantastic job even tying a young players boot lace for him
