Wilson
(Elgin)

Julie, Barbara and the family would like to express their deepest thanks to everyone who reached out with love, cards, flowers and messages following the sad loss of Rita. Your kindness has meant so much.

Huge thanks to Wendy Toner, who truly captured Rita’s story so beautifully. The family would also like to thank everyone who attended Rita’s service.

A special thanks also goes to John and the team at W.G. Catto Funeral Directors for their care, compassion and assistance. Thanks as well to Room to Bloom for the beautiful floral tributes, and to all at the Ex-Serviceman’s Club for the lovely refreshments.

Through your generosity, an amazing £461.35 was raised for the MSA Trust, in loving memory of Steve Wilson (Rita and Beil’s son), who lost his life to this terrible condition.
Thank you all for your love and support. ❤️

"It turns heeds"

An alternative to the traditional funeral hearse, our Land Rover Defender has certainly been a talking point within the communities we've served.

You have to be in the room when a sector as traditional as ours contemplates the future.

As a company, the William Purves family gives time and space for individuals to shape decisions that require many hours of meetings, networking, and leadership, often after a busy day helping families.

Over the weekend, Gary Staker took on the National Presidency of the National Society of Allied Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF independent funeral directors), and we’re delighted to congratulate him on this appointment. In this role, Gary —pictured on the left with our CEO and the Scottish National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) President, Tim Purves—represents our company and many others striving to uphold the highest standards of funeral care for families throughout the country.

Our brand new limousines have arrived.

No sooner were the keys in our hands than our directors and car enthusiasts Tim Purves (left), Andrew Purves (second from right) and fleet manager, Colin McKenna (right), took them out for a spin.

Thank you to Gerard Duffy and Malcolm Brooks from Duffy Coachbodies for this special delivery.
