So, this time last week team Therapy Room, Elgin took a wee trip up to Inverness to do some axe throwing!! So much fun!
Big shout out to Playback Inverness for their expert tuition!
We are quite a professional bunch really despite the photo! 😆

We maybe a little late in wishing folks well into the new year but starting the year as you mean to go on is always a great intention!
You have all probably been bombarded with cues for better health and fitness via social media, but making that 1st message or call to start looking after yourself is all you have to do!
Having a discussion about what help your body is needing and making a connection with someone who genuinely cares about your outcomes is breath of fresh air!!
The team here are a fabulous experienced bunch and we always strive to provide the best care for our clients whether it is via massage, aromatherapy, reflexology or counselling!
We have current spaces for new clients on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays so get in touch and make that 1st step, you can do it!!
