oy a variety of complementary therapies. My room is equipped with a fully electric massage couch which can be adjusted to promote ultimate relaxation. The air is scented with a blend of beautiful organic essential oils in my diffuser and there are always plenty of plush throws to keep you warm and cosy. I registered as a nurse in 2006 but decided I wanted to change my career. I went back to studying and in 2019 I qualified with an HNC in Complementary Therapies from the University of Highlands and Islands. In order to focus on my therapies I decided to give up my nursing registration in September 2022. Although I offer a variety of complementary therapies I have a passion for reflexology. Since qualifying I have gone on to complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and I am now qualified in facial reflexology, facials, Zone Face Lift, menopause reflexology, crystal reflexology, Gua Sha, facial cupping, ear reflexology, Indian head massage and crystal sole healing. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and am fully insured. Good morning!
After a busy weekend both at work, at home, and deciding what yarn to buy at the Sports Centre on Saturday afternoon, I am back in my room and ready for another day of lovely treatments.
I received an exciting delivery on Saturday… my Tropic order! The really exciting part is that it contains some new products that I know you’ll love, so I’ll post some photos later.
I also need to take some photos of my new yarn and what I’m making 🤍

I’m not long back from my usual morning walk, and what a difference it makes to have the sun shining on my face ☀️
I have a busy day full of massage… from Lomi Lomi to Indian Head Massage (x2) to Body Massage. I love that no 2 days are ever the same 🤍
This evening, after I finish work, I’ll be completing my final case study for Usui Reiki (2nd degree), and I cannot wait to integrate this beautiful practice with my new treatment menu.

I can’t quite believe my business is coming up to 6 and a half years 🤍
What started as a small idea has slowly grown and evolved into something that feels so much more aligned with how I truly love to work.
Over time, my treatments have naturally become slower, more intuitive and focused on supporting both the skin, body and the nervous system 🌿
Almost a year ago, I moved into my current space, and recently I’ve made a few small changes to it again—creating an environment that feels even calmer, more peaceful and more “me”.
It’s been really nice to take a step back and reflect on how much has changed… and how much I’ve grown alongside it.
There are a few new things coming soon, which I’m really excited to share with you ✨

I am based at The Therapy Room in Elgin, Moray, where I offer a warm, comfortable and confidential environment where clients can enjoy a variety of Complementary Therapies. The room is fully equipped with a height adjustable massage couch and a La Fuma chair which reclines back to the ideal position to promote ultimate relaxation. The air is scented with a blend of beautiful essential oils in my diffuser and there are always plush throws to keep you covered and cosy. Please note the treatment room is upstairs.
I have been a registered nurse since 2006 but decided I wanted to change my career. I went back to studying and in 2019 I qualified with an HNC in Complementary Therapies from the University of Highlands and Islands in 2019.
Although I offer a variety of Complementary Therapies I have a passion for Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Since qualifying as a Complementary Therapist I have gone on to complete Continuing Professional Development in Pregnancy Massage. I am currently studying various Reflexology courses and hope to have them completed soon in order for me to offer new and exciting treatments to my clients.
