It feels like it’s been a little while since I last posted. I’ve been taking the Easter hols to catch up with family & friends but I’m excited to be back on the mat soon!

PureGym yoga classes will be back next week (15.4.26).
Online sunrise yoga will be back in a few weeks (27.4.26).

I will be releasing the date & tickets for the next Pose & Prose VERY soon! 📚🧘🏼‍♀️

Each session includes a slow, gentle pregnancy-safe flow, grounding meditation at the beginning and end, and calming breathwork to support your nervous system.

♥️Happy month of LOVE♥️

For the month of february, my Sunrise yoga classes will all include a short meditation and be centered around the theme of self love. I will be sending self love themed journal prompts along with a class recording for you to reuse as much as you wish.

Although I will not be teaching on monday 16th february, if you are booked onto my other february sunrise yoga classes, you will still receive journal prompts and a pre-recorded class.
