👵❄️ This winter, help your older relatives and neighbours stay well. Check in regularly to ensure they’re feeling OK, give them a hand ordering repeat prescriptions, help them treat common illnesses at home, and show them how to use the symptom checkers on www.nhsinform.scot

This winter, look out for each other and help them find the right care in the right place.

The campaign is underway (25 Nov – 10 Dec), calling for an end to gender-based violence. 💜🧡

Experiencing violence can cause significant trauma, both physically and mentally, as well as cause an economic and educational impact.

Equally Safe is The Scottish Government and COSLA's national strategy to prevent violence against women and girls and challenge the attitudes and systems that allow it to continue.

One of the key aims is ensuring the voices of women, children and young people with lived experience shape policy and practice – building a trauma-informed approach.
