Thanks to the team at Cheshire West and Chester Council and Paul Donovan we are please to have installed new waste bins by the Children's park and entrance by the village hall to Great Sutton Health and wellbeing village community fields. People can now dispose of their rubbish and dog waste whilst using the facilities. We also have more bins due to be installed shortly.

We are continuing to work with partners to provide more and more services to help deliver the Department of Health and Social Care - DHSC's plan for neighbourhood working. Not only are we looking at collaborating with local services to deliver new and innovative preventative care but looking at hosting new community based hospital services the would reduce the need to travel for local residents.

The patient survey results are in.............

We have seen some real improvements in experience based on the surveys completed. It appears patients have seen improvements in access, In environment and in seeing clinicians face to face. The practice is very pleased to have seen these improvements for patients however, we are not done there. We also asked what still needs to improve and we are going to use the information provided to look to address these as quick as possible. People feeling digitally excluded we need to promote that patients can still ring or walk in but it is now faster than ever to get a response. We continue to identify building changes that are within our gift.

We have had an amazing donation of a piano to the organisation which will be placed inside Great Sutton Medical Centre. We are looking for some local pianists who would like to come and play the piano during the week - whenever suits to help use the soothing power of music for those feeling down.

A massive thanks goes to our amazing PPG who donated towards a new bench, which we have installed right near the front entrance. Today in the sun this was a lovely place to sit and watch all the various things happening across the site.
