We have the great fall prevention team on site today from 11am-2pm. The team are talking to the local community about ways to prevent falls and how to spot the risks of falls. Anyone is welcome to pop in and speak to the team in the car park.

The chatbot is an easy way to get basic information but please be aware it is not a manned services and it can not provide any information regarding personal information such as when your prescription is ready, when your appointment is etc.

This service has been set up to answer generic questions about the practice to save you waiting on the phone,

So if you want to know - how to book and appointment, how to register, how to provide feedback etc this is the quickest and easiest tool and best of all, it operates 24/7.

Our Acute Frailty Unit and Community Healthy Ageing teams will be out in the community again this month, offering friendly advice on how to stay steady, safe and confident at home.
