Walking Wednesday done right! 🌿👣

Today we headed out with the people we support for a lovely walk around The Mount in Leek. The countryside views were absolutely beautiful, giving us the perfect chance to relax, chat, and enjoy some fresh air together.

We wrapped up the walk in the best way possible… with a well-earned ice cream! 🍦😊

Moments like these remind us how important it is to get outdoors, stay active, and enjoy the little things together 💚

Today at Fountain Street, our Talking Tuesday session focused on the importance of opening up and talking about mental health 💬💙

Our service users explored how sharing thoughts and feelings can support wellbeing, and then took the opportunity to create their own mental health journals using a variety of craft materials. Each journal became a personal, safe space for reflection, expression, and self-care.

Let’s keep the conversation going – talking about mental health really does make a difference.
