We have recently switched our operating model, so your requests are triaged by a doctor right away. We are often asked how this is going, so check out the infographic below for some key stats. We will aim to provide regular updates in this way.

We have 2 dedicated GP's each day that review all appointment requests. Once a request has been reviewed by the doctor, our Patient Services Team are typically in touch with patients within 1 hour of requests coming in. In some circumstances, if the doctor feels they can resolve your request without an appointment, they will contact you directly.

From the beginning of January 2026, the Living Well Service will be providing cervical screenings for those who are eligible across Cheshire and Merseyside - no appointment is needed.
