Plan ahead and take a list to the supermarket – you’re less likely to get waylaid by special offers and more likely to only buy what you need for a fab weight loss week, so you’ll lose lbs and gain £££s!

It’s Monday and I have some tips up my sleeve if you’re having a sluggish start to the week!

💧 stay hydrated (it helps with feeling alert). Water, tea, coffee, sugar-free squash all help.
💤 have a good night’s sleep – say goodbye to pre-bedtime distractions.
🥙 enjoy slow-release carbs – I’m talking brown rice, wholewheat pasta and couscous, beans and pulses – they release glucose more gradually and help keep energy levels consistent throughout the day.

AND these will all help you stay on track with your weight loss journey, as the more energy you feel you have, the more on track you’re guaranteed to be. Happy Monday everyone!

✂️Trim your (food) waste to save £££s as you trim your waist 🙌!

Save tired veg 🥬 🥔 🥦 by frying in low calorie cooking spray to make a fuss-free hash.

Or if you’re not ready to eat them, chop up, boil for two minutes, cool under running water and pat dry. They’ll keep in the fridge for up to three days (or freeze for a month).
