What if I told you this week is the week you do it.
The week that you decide you want to change.
You want to lose weight.
You want to be healthier.
You want to be happier.

I had joined Slimming World a few times over the years. I would join, love it, lose a couple of stone, and then go it alone.. and eventually gain the weight back and more.

But in September 2018 something was different. I was ready to change.
I was desperate to lose weight.
I was serious about being healthier.
All I wanted was to be happier.

I committed to the change, to group, to food optimising. My journey has been a bit of a rollercoaster 🎢 with ups and downs, but what journey isn’t like that? If there was no lows, you’d never feel the high 👌

And here I am, nearly 6 and a half stone lighter.
The best thing I did was never give up.
