I am beyond proud of my Slimming World family right now ❤️
In just 3 weeks, my incredible members have lost a jaw-dropping 520lbs 🫶👏that’s 37.5 STONE gone!! In 3 weeks across my 4 groups 🤯🔥

Let that sink in for a moment… that’s not just weight.

That’s confidence gained,

habits changed,

mindsets growing,

and people proving to themselves that they CAN do hard things 💪✨

Every single pound lost represents choices made when it would’ve been easier not to. It’s early mornings, better decisions, showing up even on the tough days , and I see ALL of it. You are not just shrinking your bodies, you are building strength, discipline, and belief in yourselves. And that is powerful.

To every member: you are FABULOUS. I am so, so proud of you. This is what happens when support, accountability, and determination come together 💖
