Lauren’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care have made her a valued member of our team since she first joined us in 2017. Even with breaks to focus on raising her young children, Lauren has consistently returned to Caremark, a testament to her passion for caregiving and her commitment to our community.

Lauren is known for her hard work, unwavering reliability, honesty and trustworthiness and the genuine compassion towards her clients that she brings to every visit. She is incredibly well-liked by both her colleagues and the clients she supports.

But, the most touching confirmation of Lauren's exceptional qualities comes directly from those she cares for. This month, Lauren was nominated by a client who shared these heartfelt words: "I want to nominate Lauren for Carer of the month because she is always so kind and caring and she always makes sure my wife is safe and comfortable. Lauren always raises any concerns about my wife's health and is a great source of support for both me and my wife."

This nomination perfectly captures the essence of Lauren's dedication. She goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of her clients, not just attending to their physical needs but also providing invaluable emotional support. Her proactive approach to identifying and reporting any potential health concerns ensures our clients receive the best possible care and attention.

We're bursting with pride to celebrate Kamila, our incredible Field Care Supervisor at Caremark Cheshire West and Chester! Since joining us in 2021 (starting as a Care Assistant and taking on the FCS role last April), Kamila's dedication hasn't gone unnoticed.

She's a true leader who inspires everyone around her with her dedication, unwavering work ethic, and genuine compassion. Kamila's commitment to providing the best possible care for our clients is matched only by her dedication to supporting our amazing team of Care Assistants. We regularly receive glowing testimonials from both clients, Care Assistants and our Care Manager about the positive impact she has.

Kamila said "I find immense satisfaction in knowing that I play a part in improving the lives of our clients, often enabling them to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing the smiles on our clients' faces. Sunshine, smiles, and the best of care! ☀️ We're so incredibly touched to share this beautiful photo of our client, Sheila, enjoying the lovely weather with her wonderful carers, Ben and Kamila.

Sheila has been part of our Caremark family for over two and a half years now, and she recently shared some incredibly kind words about her experience:

"I'm so happy with my care! Ben and Kamila, along with all the team, have been looking after me, and my partner before me, for over two years now, and there's never been a complaint. They're always on time, keep everywhere clean and tidy, make me lovely meals; they do whatever I need them to do! I like that I see the same faces all the time and I have gotten to know them all so well, some carers are like family. But more than that, they make me laugh, and I truly enjoy their company."

At Caremark CW&C, we believe that care is about more than just tasks; it's about building meaningful connections and bringing joy to people's lives. Thank you, Sheila, for trusting us with your care. And thank you, Ben and Kamila, for being such amazing and dedicated carers! ❤️

🎉 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Ben, our Care Assistant of the Month for April 2025! 🎉

Ben has been an invaluable member of the Caremark family for the past three years, and he consistently embodies everything we look for in a compassionate and dedicated care professional. His reliability, hard work, and unwavering commitment to his clients shine through in everything he does. One thing we commend Ben on is always going above and beyond what is expected of him, whether it be changing light bulbs, power washing the patio, putting up/taking down the Christmas decorations, picking up the daily newspaper or popping to the chippy for some fish and chips - nothing is ever too much trouble.

But it's not just us who think so! One of Ben's colleagues raved, "He is an asset to the company. He goes above and beyond for all of his clients, and they all love him! He's always the one taking their bins in and out, doing a bit of gardening, and at Christmas, he even helped clients get their decorations out of the attic and put them all up for them - that wasn't a quick job, he didn't need to do that! It made the clients so happy! He is a pleasure to work with, too."

We consistently receive amazing feedback from our clients about Ben. One recently told us, "Ben is like family. I wouldn't be without him!" and another said "Ben treats me so well. I am really grateful that I get to have Ben come and help me every morning".

Ben, thank you for your incredible dedication and the positive impact you have on the lives of those you care for. You truly make a difference! ❤️

Since joining us a year ago, Layba has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent care and support. Over the past year, Layba has built strong, trusting relationships with the individuals she assists. As evidenced by the positive feedback from our clients.

"Layba is a treasure" one client shared. "She's so kind and compassionate and I always look forward to her visits" shared another. In the past month, Layba has had a few new clients come under her care and has represented Caremark CWaC exceptionally well; with nothing but positive feedback from our new service users, with them noting Layba as a stand out in particular.

Layba has shown a willingness to learn and grow within her role throughout her time at Caremark. She has sought opportunities to develop her skills and knowledge, embracing new approaches to provide the best possible care to her clients.
