How lucky are we to have this facility tucked away in the countryside!

Halfway through the training block came the realisation I had to get comfortable being uncomfortable 😅 That constant Zone 5 feeling… and my back and ankle weren’t thrilled either. Thanks to SPEAR Physiotherapy for getting me back on track!

So proud to support Kayleigh's Wee Stars💗 They’re doing amazing work – and their hoodies are the perfect post-training cosy!

Anyhoo… you’d think I’d just won an Olympic medal 😂
Amazing how hard you have to work just to be amazingly average.
