Burnout Is Not Just Stress
💭 It’s not just stress…
it’s your nervous system saying “I can’t keep doing this”
So many adults I work with have been told:
👉 anxiety
👉 depression
👉 stress
But what they are actually experiencing is:
💥 burnout
And burnout can look like:
exhaustion that rest doesn’t fix
low tolerance for noise or demands
emotional overwhelm
shutting down
eeling disconnected
💡 Burnout is not weakness
It is a nervous system that has been pushed too far for too long
And it needs support… not more pressure
