I am so excited for this week as it is the launch of our new networking event 'COFFEE AND CONNECTIONS' at Willow Grange Farm.

This idea sat with me for a long time before I found the courage to go for it. But I am now very much looking forward to meeting all the ladies and gents coming to share their stories and businesses.

I fell in love with the moment I walked through the doors during their opening week.

MEN, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!

This breathwork session in the forest is a way to switch off from lifes pressures, and relieve stress and tension, without the need to sit and talk about it (unless you want to of course)

Last year the men who came said they slept better, felt calmer and clearer afterwards.

So we’re running it again with Butterflies Forest School

I don’t always fit the usual bill of someone in the wellness industry.

I wear jeans, not floaty linen.
I’ll probably swear at some point.
My voice isn’t softly spoken and whispery.
I’m not permanently serene.

I’m not the polished, perfectly curated version of what “wellness” is supposed to look like.

But here’s the thing.

I care deeply about what I do.
I care about your nervous system.
I care about helping you feel better in your body.
I care about cutting through the fluff and getting to what actually helps.

I might not be the usual.
And I definitely won’t be for everyone.

And I’m completely fine with that (most days).

Because the people who need real, honest support without the performance, will find me.

And they will feel right at home.
