The Pole Shed is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organised, people‑loving human to join our Front of House team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a vibrant, community‑focused environment and enjoys helping people feel welcome, confident, and ready to move.
What you’ll be doing
• Greeting members and newcomers as they arrive, creating a warm and positive first impression
• Assisting with bookings and class enquiries
• Responding to questions in person and online with clarity and kindness
• Keeping our studios clean, tidy, and ready for the next class
• Supporting instructors to ensure sessions run smoothly
What we’re looking for
• A friendly, approachable personality
• Great communication skills
• Confidence using booking systems (training provided)
• Someone reliable, proactive, and happy to muck in
• Availability on evenings and weekends
