This is a question I get asked a lot.
For relaxation and mindfulness, I recommend having a massage as often as your schedule and budget allow. The calming environment, peaceful surroundings, and the body’s natural chemical responses during a massage can have a powerful positive effect on your mental wellbeing. Incorporating massage into your routine can be a great way to step away from daily stress and use it as a form of meditation or mindful self-care.
For muscle tension and knots, I suggest booking sessions weekly or every two weeks initially to effectively target and release built-up tension. As your condition improves and we start to see consistent results, appointments can then be spaced out to every four weeks to maintain progress and help prevent future discomfort or pain.
