We made it through January — the longest month of the year — and if you’re already dreaming of feeling healthier, happier and slimmer, February is the perfect time to start 💕

I am beyond proud to share that Alesia has been awarded our Greatest Loser 🏆👏

Since joining just six months ago, Alesia has lost nearly 5½ stone 🤯💥 An absolutely incredible achievement — achieved by consistently following the Slimming World Food Optimising plan and making changes she can truly sustain.
It’s not just the weight loss that makes her so deserving of this award. Alesia has been in group every single week, showing real commitment, consistency and determination. She’s always there with encouragement, support and inspiration for others, and her journey has helped so many believe that they can do this too. 💕

I am so unbelievably proud to share that Sabrina is our Greatest Loser from my 5:30pm Monday group 🏆💖

Since joining the group just over a year ago, Sabrina has lost over 8 stone 🤯👏
Eight. Stone.

Not through quick fixes or extremes, but by following our healthy, sustainable Slimming World plan, week by week, with commitment, honesty and support from her group.
Sabrina’s journey is such a powerful reminder of what is possible when you keep showing up, even on the hard weeks. Her confidence, determination and resilience have been incredible to witness, and she is a true inspiration to everyone in the room 💕

I’ve woken up feeling so excited to see everyone tonight! There’s nothing I love more than celebrating your hard work and achievements… and today is extra special as we celebrate our ✨ Greatest Losers ✨ 🙌

We’ll be cheering, clapping and soaking up all the inspiration, then getting ourselves set up for the week ahead with our usual planning, motivation and plenty of support 💕

If you’ve had a fab week or a wobbly one, you’ll be met with the same smiles and encouragement – because this is what group is all about 💙

Dearest gentle readers… 💌✨

It would appear that society is once again abuzz, for the long-awaited new series of Bridgerton is almost upon us. Corsets may be tightening, sofas claimed, and plans cleared accordingly… 👀

And while the ton prepares for scandal, romance and a great many longing glances, allow me to whisper a small truth:
much like our favourite Regency drama, Slimming World is not about quick fixes or overnight transformations. Oh no. It is about consistency, community, and showing up week after week – even when temptation (or a plate of biscuits) lurks nearby.

At Slimming World, we know that real results come from support, structure and a plan that fits real life – whether you’re navigating balls at Bridgerton House or busy family evenings here in Hampshire.

So as the new series begins, why not make this your season of feeling confident, supported and very much the lead character in your own story? 💫

🥔 Simple lunches don’t have to be boring! 🧀
Today’s lunch was a proper Slimming World classic… a jacket potato with beans and cheese 😍

Easy, filling and 100% Food Optimising.
Now here’s the important bit… I keep my beans and cheese separate 👀
That way I can measure my Healthy Extra cheese, enjoy every bite, and make it go further rather than it disappearing into the beans 🙌

So tell me…
