Posted • We can look at our feelings like the waves in the ocean. It is inevitable that at certain times we will have to deal with bigger waves.

Meditation and looking within ourselves through stillness can be seen as learning to surf these waves that are certain to come at us during life. Sometimes the surface of the ocean and our minds may be chaos, but if we dive deeper through meditation we can reach the calm depths that lie beneath.
