On Sunday we had our Happy Dogs Part 2: When Behaviour Speaks workshop. We are blown away by the positive feedback we had, thank you so much🥰

Knowledge is power, and you can never know too much when it comes to being the best advocate for your dog. Understanding the link between pain, movement, and behaviour allows us to support our dogs with empathy and confidence 🐾

Following on from our successful Part 1: Understanding Pain and Behaviour, Clare and I are excited to be offering Part 2: When Behaviour Speaks!

This will be a fun and practical workshop designed to deepen your knowledge of canine pain and how this affects behaviour🤔

During this workshop you will be learning to recognise the difference between acute and chronic pain and understanding why this matters 🤕

Deep diving into the ladder of canine communication and body language 🐶

And looking at how dogs move, distribute their weight and alter their stance and how this can be a clue to what is going on beneath the surface 🦴

If you attended Part 1 thank you for your feedback we listened and from that here is this! If you didn’t then that’s no problem, this is for you too 💥

A day as a canine physio varies hugely! I see a range of cases, all with a tailored treatment plan to suit their specific needs.

A little update from my colleague 🧡🐾

It's been a rubbish week for Flynn 😥 He is currently on crate rest & all the pain meds as he has IVDD

I'm so proud of the progress and determination he has already shown, the tail is wagging and his bark is truly back💖 We're taking it one step at a time and I'll be sharing some of his journey along the way!

Feeling very lucky to have the most supportive team around me 💚

Helping Chaplin manage his arthritis with some soft tissue massage - carefully supervised by his brother 💚

Chaplain's owner contacted me as their vet recommend physiotherapy. Together we have created a tailored treatment plan to support Chaplin's comfort and maintain his mobility

Physio can be a gentle, non-invasive, effective way to help dogs with arthritis feel more comfortable and stay active for longer 🐾
