On 17th April we will close the doors at Hammond Opticians and then on 20th April we will join forces with our friends at Gordon Thomas Opticians - a 5-minute walk away on Church Street.

The friendly team including Sue and Mariya, practice directors at Gordon Thomas, are looking forward to welcoming you to our practice.

We’re also thrilled that Anita, Letty and Sam will be joining and Deven is remaining a part of the team so there’ll be some friendly faces, amongst the new ones, to welcome you to your eye exam.

Debby has decided to enjoy life and will be retiring, her last day will be Friday 17th April.

And finally, all your records and any current spectacle or contact lens orders will come with us as will your iCare Direct Debit schemes – you do not need to change anything, we will do it for you.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new home at Gordon Thomas Opticians!
