We are very excited to announce our next NEW practitioner.

Nicky, a sleep consultant for tiny humans & the grown-ups who adore them 😴

It has taken us a while to find such a service to recommend as we wanted the person to be set up to see you In-home & virtually. We also wanted to find someone who supports gentle and bespoke sleep support that works for your real life.

Nicky will be attending a gathering very soon so keep your eyes peeled for this! 👀

Februarys Theme: Beginnings 🌟

This month we have our regular weekly gatherings on a Tuesday in Winchmore Hill with the theme of beginnings running through each session. (This theme will be included our mum and crawlers/toddlers and our new gathering in Bounds Green!)

Two of the weeks in N21 we have our practioners coming in to share and talk with you.

We will be joined by Katrina from hosting a taster session for mums with their babies and one of our founders, Claire gently offering a session to support you on beginning the process of healing following a difficult perinatal, birth or postnatal experience.

After creating A Mother’s Space, two years ago, as a place for mums in our local community to connect, feel held and supported (and building our beautiful community over time), we’re thrilled to be expanding…

From Friday 6th February, A Mother’s Space has a brand new additional location at Rainbow Hill House Nursery in Bounds Green!✨

Every two weeks on Friday afternoons, we’ll be bringing our much-loved gatherings to Rainbow Hill — offering a nurturing space for mums to connect, share honestly, and feel less alone in early motherhood.

Expect our usual:

✨ Big News for Our Mother Space Community ✨

For the past two years, we’ve been holding A Mother Space gatherings every other Tuesday at the Meeting House.

What started as a small, nurturing circle has grown into a beautiful, thriving community of mothers—and the love, connection, and demand has simply outgrown our fortnightly rhythm.

Because of this, we are SO excited to share that our mum and baby gathering which runs up to crawling babies, is now becoming weekly! 🤍

This means:

🌿 More opportunities to connect
🍃 More opportunities to learn from specialist services
🌿 More space for support and real conversation
🌿 Fewer mothers on the waiting list each week
🌿 And the ability to welcome and hold more of you

We cannot wait to continue gathering every week in the place you already know and love.

*Sensory Story Based Classes 6-18 months*

We are excited to announce a NEW Practioner joining our community! 🥳

A story-based, sensory class for babies aged 6-18 months.

Each week a favourite children’s book is brought to life through expression, sensory play, songs and rhymes. Sarah’s classes will support your baby’s early development, language and imagination in a calm, welcoming environment.

What began as a shared vision between our founders
and — built on passion and experience — has grown into something truly special 🤍

A community of mothers here in Enfield — sharing stories, support, tears, laughter, and so much growth over the past two years.

We’re deeply grateful for every mother who has walked through our doors, every practitioner who has held this space with care, and every moment that has shaped this community.

With so much love and exciting things ahead, we can’t wait to continue this journey together ✨

NEW Practioner News!! 🥳

We are super excited to have the lovely Katrina who is the Founder of 4 THE LOVE OF BARRE joining us at AMS as one of our trusted and recommended practitioners.

We have attended Katrina’s barre classes ourselves and many of our community are enjoying having fitness in their lives around their babies.

⭐️ In news from Katrina, there is now a toddler Barre offering with amazing added Ofsted registered childcare while you exercise so you can feel comforted that your little ones are being cared for and having fun!

All sessions also take place at the same venue as A Mother Space gatherings and events so an accessible, large and well set up space.
