Wow, Mind Over Body has come along way since the photos below. I honestly can’t believe the pictures below are Mind Over Body over 8 years ago before I started the process of turning this space into my first gym. Who would have thought, 8 years on I would be in my new gym and the business has gone from strength to strength over the years. September 12th was 8 years since I launched and it’s been an amazing journey. It’s incredible to see how far the business has come in that time!!! It’s taken a huge amount of time, long hours, determination and strength but I am proud of what I have achieved so far. I’m just a girl who decided to go for it 😊 I love how much my clients are talking about how good exercise is making them feel.
